FAQ

  • Since 2017 we have been shipping pieces cross country. Crating pieces/shipping crates typically costs 10-15% of the project. If the client prefers a blanket wrapped, white glove service as opposed to crating, white glove shipments usually cost 20% of the project. Smaller projects & decor pieces that can be shipped via Fedex and UPS typically cost between $10-20 depending on weight. Being that we are located in south western Wisconsin, deliveries within one hour drive time are free of charge. Deliveries within the state range from $100-300 dollars depending on the size of the piece.

  • While free estimates are available, they are just a ballpark based upon the information first provided by the client. Initial quotes and designs are provided only after down deposits are received. On sight estimates and measurements run between $80-100 dollars depending on the distance to the location.

  • Furniture is an investment and we understand that large payments are not always easy to make up front. For this reason, we offer scheduled payments for larger pieces in order to make the ordering process easier. Checks and cash are always welcome, but online payment via Venmo is preferred.

  • Unless an item purchased via our website is listed as in stock, custom projects (from start to finish) range from 1-2 months. That being said, smaller projects often range in the 1-2 week time frames. Scheduling is organized on a first come first serve running list. Meaning that if you wish to order a small project that only takes 2 weeks to build but there are four orders for tables in front of your order, that 2 weeks will not begin until the schedule allows it. Once clients have secured their spot on the running list, they will be updated as soon as the project is begun or if an opening in the schedule presents itself. We are only a one man shop and everything that leaves our workshop is made only with two hands. We understand that is not the same turn around as ordering a mass produced piece of furniture. But we can guarantee that waiting for a piece that will last a lifetime is a lot more exciting and rewarding than getting a piece with "free two day shipping" that will break in a few months.
